Preferred Risk Policy

A policy that offers fixed combinations of building/contents coverage or contents-only coverage at modest, fixed premiums. The PRP is available for property located in B, C, and X Zones in Regular Program communities that meet elebibility requirements based on the propety's flood loss history. In 2004, the PRP is avilable for all structures located in Zones B, C, and X. Prior to May 2004, the PRP was only available for one to four family buildings.
